Mr. Anderson,
This correspondence comes to commend several of you staff for making our experience with your company a pleasant one.
First, we would like to highly recommend Joe Holewa for the excellent customer service he exhibited when presented with our problem and turning it into a situation where we feel the need to write this letter. Mr. Holewa took charge as a manager and worked with us by making immediate decisions to rectify the issues which he was presented.
The new crew John Elliot, Marc C , Chris Lopez and Ron Hernandez all worked diligently on what turned out to be a large project and as promised it was finished in one day, just in time for our anniversary/birthday celebration. Once the job was complete everything was so neat, orderly and clean we couldn’t tell they had been there at all.
